How long does it take to make and process an order?
As we are never compromise on the quality of the product and diamonds, we are taking 8 to 10 working days for the handcrafting and finish it. But the time may be different depending on the product. To keep things clear, we show the estimated shipping date on each product page, so you know when to expect your order. If you have any questions or want to know more about a specific item, feel free to contact us—we’re always happy to help!
Are lab-grown diamonds real?
Yes, they are 100% real lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds, just like natural diamonds. The primary difference lies in their origin. Lab-grown diamonds are grown in controlled environments, while natural diamonds form naturally in the earth’s mantle. Can I make this listed ring with different types of stones?
Is the metal of the product is solid or plated?
All our jewellery are made from genuine solid metals, including sterling silver, 10K, 14K, 18K gold, and 950 platinum. We are not working with the plated materials.
Do you offer free engraving services?
Yes, we do! You can add your engraving details when you place your order. If you decide to add engraving after ordering, just email us your message before your order is shipped. We’ll make sure your piece is personalized just the way you want!
